A new website, a new system for your team, a new camera or lighting network, or a new data centre build. We plan it with you from the first step.
Improving what you already have
A website nobody finds, systems that do not talk to each other, or a facility nobody documented. We check what is already there first, then build on it.

We look at what you have, what is getting in the way, and whether the project is worth doing. If it is not, we tell you now, not three months in.

Plan
We agree the scope, cost drivers and what success looks like, in writing. Nothing is bought or built before this is signed off.

Deliver
We build, install and supervise the work. You see progress against the plan as it happens, not only at the end.

Test and hand over
We test everything against what was agreed, train your staff and hand over the documents. Your own team runs it after we leave.
How long it takes depends on the size of the job. We set the timeline after the assessment, once we understand what is on site.

Grayscale360 Sdn Bhd is a technology company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Where is Grayscale360 based?
Grayscale360 is at Suite 8.01C, Level 8, Menara BRDB, 285 Jalan Maarof, Bukit Bandaraya, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It works on projects throughout Malaysia, not only in the Klang Valley.
I am not sure which service I need. Where do I start?
Start by describing the problem, not the solution. For example, "our team re-types the same data into three systems" or "our server room keeps having faults". Grayscale360 will tell you which service fits, or whether you need one at all.
Can you work with systems we already have?
Usually, yes. Grayscale360 can improve a website you already have, connect new systems to the ones you already run, and maintain a data centre it did not build. It starts by checking what exists, so the work builds on it rather than replacing it.
Can we use just one service?
Yes. Each of the three services works on its own. Many clients start with one system and add others once the first one is running well.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the job and what already exists on site. Grayscale360 sets the timeline during the first assessment rather than guessing before it understands the work.
What happens after the project is finished?
Your own team runs the system. Grayscale360 trains your staff and hands over written documents as part of every project. Ongoing maintenance can be agreed separately if you need it.
